👋 crew, welcome to the inaugural edition of "Treble Tech - In Review."
This newsletter aims to keep everyone updated, foster a sense of community, and ensure we stay aligned, informed, and in sync. In every issue, we'll reflect on our time since the last publication, reflect on what we’ve learned, celebrate our achievements, and give a glimpse of the road ahead.
This semi-regular digest aims to offer insight into what's going on at Treble, what's on my mind, and what lies ahead. I'll address as many questions as possible with utmost transparency. I expect everyone to engage with these newsletters — read them attentively, leave comments on the Notion page, and suggest topics or sections that could improve our correspondence.

💡 Lessons Learned
This first phase of my journey at Treble has been an insightful one:
- My recent onboarding sessions with our founders helped solidify our company and product goals.
- Observing how other teams interact with us highlighted opportunities for partnership building.
- Opportunities abound for enhancing communication in various facets of our organization.
- There's no denying that we are stretched in engineering, and it feels like we're continuously patching leaks, a state I believe many of you can relate to.
