💡 Lessons Learned

This first phase of my journey at Treble has been an insightful one:

• My recent onboarding sessions with our founders helped solidify our company and product goals.
• Observing how other teams interact with us highlighted opportunities for partnership building.
• Opportunities abound for enhancing communication in various facets of our organization.
• There's no denying that we are stretched in engineering, and it feels like we're continuously patching leaks, a state I believe many of you can relate to.
